Delete your Preschool Kids Academy account

This page is for the parent account in our app, called “ABC Kids & Math Games for Kids” on Google Play (by Mobizio Studio) and “Kids Math Games & ABC Learning” on the App Store.

In the app: open Settings, answer the parent question, then tap Account → Delete account and enter your password to confirm.

Without the app: email support@preschoolkidsacademy.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email. If you write from another address, we first confirm the request with your account’s email address, so nobody can delete someone else’s account.

What we delete

• Your account (email address and password) – straight away.
• Your cloud backup of stories and drawings – within 7 days.
• The link between your account and your subscription.

What we keep

• Store purchase records from Apple or Google, no longer linked to you, as long as needed to check subscriptions and for legal and accounting reasons.
• Usage statistics, which are not linked to your account.
• Pictures made by our AI provider, ModelsLab, in the last 3 weeks. ModelsLab deletes them automatically after 3 weeks and cannot delete them earlier. They are not linked to your account.
• If you asked by email: your request and a short record that we deleted the account (the date and your email address), so we can show it was done.

Stories and drawings saved on your device stay there until you delete the app.

Your subscription

Your subscription is not cancelled automatically – cancel it in the App Store or Google Play. Deleting the app does not cancel it either.
